Lutheran Woman on a Journey

• Trip cost is $2800.

• All rooms are double rooms. You may choose your roommate or we will do our best to pair you with someone. Single rooms are available for an additional $740 ($3540 total).

• An initial deposit of $500 is due by February 10, 2025. This is required to hold your place.

• Full payment is due by February 15, 2026

• Cancellation is possible without a fee up to February 15, 2026. A 40% fee is required for cancellation made February 15 to February 20, 2026. No refund for cancellation made after February 20, 2026 or no-show.

• Airfare is not included. The tour begins Friday morning in Berlin.

• Participants are responsible for all visa, health and passport regulations.

• Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase trip insurance to cover health, trip cancellation and loss of baggage.

• Participants should be able to climb stairs (sometimes many) without vb assistance and to walk at a modest pace for a mile at a time.

• In the event that any dispute arises on which any party has a right to assert a civil claim related to this tour agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction for that claim shall be in a court of competent jurisdiction, located in Lutherstadt, Wittenberg, Germany.
